Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • Flaky sea salt, for garnish

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Yogurt Mixture

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, maple syrup, powdered peanut butter, and creamy peanut butter until smooth.

Step 2: Shape & Freeze

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Drop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto the sheet, shaping into bite-sized rounds.
  3. Freeze for at least 1 hour, until firm.

Step 3: Coat in Chocolate

  1. Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Dip each frozen yogurt bite into the melted chocolate, coating evenly.
  3. Place back on the parchment-lined sheet and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.

Step 4: Freeze & Serve

  1. Freeze for another 10-15 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.
  2. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

  • Make It Sweeter: Add extra maple syrup or drizzle with honey before freezing.
  • Peanut-Free Option: Swap peanut butter for almond butter or sunflower seed butter.
  • Extra Crunch: Roll the bites in chopped nuts or granola before freezing.
