- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- Flaky sea salt, for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Yogurt Mixture
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, maple syrup, powdered peanut butter, and creamy peanut butter until smooth.
Step 2: Shape & Freeze
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto the sheet, shaping into bite-sized rounds.
- Freeze for at least 1 hour, until firm.
Step 3: Coat in Chocolate
- Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each frozen yogurt bite into the melted chocolate, coating evenly.
- Place back on the parchment-lined sheet and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
Step 4: Freeze & Serve
- Freeze for another 10-15 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.
- Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
