Scale
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup dark or milk chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate)
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for a smoother dip)
Optional Toppings:
- White chocolate drizzle
- Chopped nuts
- Sprinkles
- Sea salt
Instructions
- Melt the Chocolate – In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. If using, stir in the coconut oil for a glossy finish.
- Dip the Raspberries – Using a fork or dipping tool, gently dip each raspberry into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s well coated.
- Set the Chocolate – Place the dipped raspberries on a parchment-lined tray. If using toppings, sprinkle them on before the chocolate hardens.
- Chill & Serve – Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes or until the chocolate is set. Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days!
Notes
- Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor.
- Freeze raspberries before dipping for an extra refreshing treat.
- Try stuffing raspberries with a chocolate chip before dipping for a surprise center!
- Works great with strawberries, blueberries, or blackberries, too!
