Description

These Chocolate-Covered Raspberries are an easy, bite-sized snack that’s both healthy and indulgent! Fresh, juicy raspberries are dipped in rich melted chocolate for a simple yet irresistible treat. Perfect for a quick snack, dessert, or a fancy party platter, these chocolate-dipped raspberries require just two ingredients and a few minutes to prepare!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup dark or milk chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for a smoother dip)

Optional Toppings:

  • White chocolate drizzle
  • Chopped nuts
  • Sprinkles
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  • Melt the Chocolate – In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. If using, stir in the coconut oil for a glossy finish.
  • Dip the Raspberries – Using a fork or dipping tool, gently dip each raspberry into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s well coated.
  • Set the Chocolate – Place the dipped raspberries on a parchment-lined tray. If using toppings, sprinkle them on before the chocolate hardens.
  • Chill & Serve – Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes or until the chocolate is set. Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days!

Notes

  • Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor.
  • Freeze raspberries before dipping for an extra refreshing treat.
  • Try stuffing raspberries with a chocolate chip before dipping for a surprise center!
  • Works great with strawberries, blueberries, or blackberries, too!
