Ingredients

Scale

For the Yogurt Layer:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries (mashed or blended)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Chocolate Coating:

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Yogurt Mixture:

    • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mashed strawberries, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Spread & Freeze:

    • Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
    • Spread the yogurt mixture evenly in a thin layer.
    • Freeze for 1-2 hours until firm.
  3. Melt the Chocolate:

    • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  4. Coat with Chocolate:

    • Pour the melted chocolate over the frozen yogurt layer and spread evenly.
    • Freeze again for 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
  5. Cut & Serve:

    • Remove from the freezer and slice into bite-sized squares.
    • Enjoy immediately or store in the freezer for later!

Notes

  • Swap strawberries for blueberries, raspberries, or mango for variety.
  • Use milk or white chocolate for a sweeter twist.
  • Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
