Description

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dip is a fun, no-bake, edible cookie dough-inspired dip that’s perfect for parties, dessert tables, or as a sweet snack. Made with cream cheese, butter, sugar, and plenty of chocolate chips, this creamy dip is a delightful treat when paired with graham crackers, pretzels, or fresh fruit.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, heat-treated*

  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.

  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

  3. Gradually add the heat-treated flour, mixing after each addition.

  4. Stir in mini chocolate chips (and brown sugar if desired).

  5. Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to combine.

  6. Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, fresh fruit, or any dipping snacks of your choice.

Notes

  • Heat-treated flour: To make the flour safe to eat raw, spread it on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes, or until it reaches 160°F (71°C). Let it cool before using it in the dip.

  • For a slightly richer flavor, add the brown sugar for a hint of caramelized sweetness.

  • This dip is great for parties or as a fun snack, and can be made ahead of time.
