1 cup mini chocolate chips

1/4 cup brown sugar (optional)
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.

Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

Gradually add the heat-treated flour, mixing after each addition.

Stir in mini chocolate chips (and brown sugar if desired).

Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to combine.

Heat-treated flour: To make the flour safe to eat raw, spread it on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes, or until it reaches 160°F (71°C). Let it cool before using it in the dip.
