- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Sauté the chicken: In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add shredded chicken, black pepper, salt, paprika, and onion powder. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Assemble the wrap: Lay a tortilla flat and evenly spread a mix of cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Add the seasoned chicken and more cheese on top.
- Toast until golden: Fold the wrap tightly and place it on a skillet over medium heat. Toast each side for about 2 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Serve: Slice in half, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and enjoy warm!
