- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

For the Rollups:
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
For the Garlic Butter Topping:
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat and mix in the crumbled bacon. Let the mixture cool slightly.
- Assemble the Rollups:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into individual triangles.
- Place a small spoonful of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese onto the wide end of each triangle. Roll them up tightly, starting from the wide end and tucking in the sides as needed.
- Prepare the Garlic Butter Topping:
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with parsley and minced garlic.
- Bake the Rollups:
- Place the rollups on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush the garlic butter topping generously over each rollup.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and flaky.
- Serve:
- Let the rollups cool slightly before serving. Enjoy them warm with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ketchup or ranch dressing.
