Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (red & yellow)
  • 1/2 cup pearl onions, thinly sliced and caramelized

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese and hummus until smooth.
  2. Spread the ricotta-hummus mixture onto each toasted baguette slice.
  3. Top with halved cherry tomatoes and caramelized pearl onions.
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley and delicate edible flowers.
  5. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and season with salt & black pepper.
