Description

These Billion Dollar Buttery Biscuits are the fluffiest, most tender biscuits you’ll ever eat! Made with just 4 simple ingredients Bisquick, butter, sour cream, and 7-Up—these biscuits are rich, buttery, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or as a side for any meal!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 1/2 cups Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup salted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup 7-Up (or similar lemon-lime soda)

Instructions

Instructions:

  1. Preheat & Prep:
    • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
    • Pour melted butter into a 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading evenly.
  2. Make the Dough:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine Bisquick, sour cream, and 7-Up.
    • Mix until a soft dough forms (it will be slightly sticky).
  3. Shape the Biscuits:
    • Lightly flour a surface and turn the dough out.
    • Gently press the dough to about ½-inch thickness and cut into 12 biscuits using a round cutter or a knife.
  4. Bake:
    • Place biscuits into the prepared baking dish on top of the melted butter.
    • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Serve & Enjoy:
    • Let cool slightly before serving warm with extra butter, honey, or jam!

Notes

  • Extra Fluffy Tip: Don’t overmix the dough—this keeps the biscuits light and airy.
  • Soda Substitute: Use ginger ale or club soda for a slightly different flavor.
  • Storage: Store in an airtight container for 2 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
