  • 4 Roma tomatoes, diced

For Garnish:

  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Drizzle of olive oil or balsamic glaze (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Creamy Base:
    • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled feta cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and creamy.
    • Spread the mixture evenly onto a serving platter or shallow dish.
  2. Make the Bruschetta Topping:
    • In a separate bowl, mix the diced Roma tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir until evenly combined.
