Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cheese Base:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, feta cheese, sour cream, and Parmesan cheese.
    • Blend until smooth and creamy using a hand mixer or spatula.
    • Spread the cheese mixture evenly on the bottom of a serving dish or shallow bowl.
  2. Make the Bruschetta Topping:
    • In a medium bowl, combine diced Roma tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and red pepper flakes.
    • Stir gently to combine and let sit for 5–10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  3. Assemble the Dip:
    • Spoon the bruschetta mixture over the cheese base, spreading it evenly.
    • Garnish with additional basil leaves and a drizzle of olive oil if desired.
  4. Serve:
