Instructions
- Prepare the Cheese Base:
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, feta cheese, sour cream, and Parmesan cheese.
- Blend until smooth and creamy using a hand mixer or spatula.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly on the bottom of a serving dish or shallow bowl.
- Make the Bruschetta Topping:
- In a medium bowl, combine diced Roma tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and red pepper flakes.
- Stir gently to combine and let sit for 5–10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Assemble the Dip:
- Spoon the bruschetta mixture over the cheese base, spreading it evenly.
- Garnish with additional basil leaves and a drizzle of olive oil if desired.
- Serve:
- Serve immediately with toasted baguette slices, crackers, or pita chips.
