- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup granulated white sugar
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 2 cups confectioners’ sugar
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Fudge Base
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, milk, and salt.
- Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to low and cook for 6 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 2: Add Flavor & Sweetness
- Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Stir in vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and confectioners’ sugar.
- Mix thoroughly until smooth and thick.
Step 3: Shape & Cool
- Pour the fudge onto a baking sheet or silicone mat.
- Let it cool slightly, then shape it into a log.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm.
