Ingredients
Scale
- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt & black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the lobster tails: Using kitchen shears, cut down the top of the lobster shell lengthwise. Gently pull the meat out, resting it on top of the shell.
- Make the garlic butter sauce: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the lobster: Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
- Bake the lobster: Place lobster tails on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and tender.
- Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges for an extra burst of flavor.
Notes
- For an extra golden finish, broil the lobster tails for the last 1-2 minutes of baking.
- Pair with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
- Use a meat thermometer—lobster is done when it reaches 140°F (60°C) internally.
- Swap paprika for cayenne pepper if you like a little heat.
