  • 1 3/4 cups Milk

Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 3 1/2 tbsp Banana liqueur

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Graham Cracker Base:

  2. Make the Cheesecake Layer:
    • Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy. Fold in the whipped heavy cream to create a light, fluffy layer.

    • Whisk the instant banana pudding mix with 1 3/4 cups of milk until smooth. Chill for a few minutes to set.
  4. Cook the Banana’s Foster Sauce:
    • In a skillet, melt 1/4 cup butter with brown sugar over medium heat. Stir in ground cinnamon, banana liqueur, and sliced bananas. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bananas are caramelized.
  5. Assemble the Dessert:

  6. Add the Finishing Touch:
    • Sprinkle chopped walnuts over the top for added crunch.
  7. Chill & Serve:
    • Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving. Serve chilled in individual wine glasses.

Notes

  • Substitute banana liqueur with dark rum or skip it altogether for a non-alcoholic version.
  • For extra texture, add whole vanilla wafers to the layers.
