Description

These banana split dessert kabobs are a playful, no-melt twist on the classic sundae! Packed with fresh fruit, brownie bites, and a drizzle of chocolate, they’re perfect for parties, summer snacking, or kid-friendly desserts.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, sliced into thick rounds

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks

  • 1 cup brownie bites or cubed brownies

  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

  1. On each skewer, alternate threading one piece each of strawberry, banana, pineapple, and brownie. Repeat to fill the skewer.

  2. Place completed skewers on a serving platter or parchment-lined tray.

  3. Drizzle with melted chocolate using a spoon or piping bag.

  4. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, if using.

  5. Chill for 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to set, or serve immediately for a fresh, fruity treat.

Notes

  • Best served the same day to keep bananas fresh.

  • Try adding mini marshmallows or drizzle with caramel for a fun twist.

  • Perfect for kids’ parties, potlucks, or summer BBQs.
