Description

A luscious no-bake dessert featuring layers of creamy banana pudding, crisp graham crackers, and fluffy whipped topping for a melt-in-your-mouth treat. This easy-to-make classic is perfect for any occasion!

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • Crushed graham crackers and banana slices for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the Pudding – In a large bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes until thickened.
  • Make the Whipped Cream – In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Fold half of it into the pudding mixture for a light, creamy texture.
  • Layer the Dessert – In a 9×9-inch dish, arrange a layer of graham crackers at the bottom.
  • Assemble the Layers – Spread a third of the pudding mixture over the crackers, then top with a layer of banana slices. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top.
  • Chill – Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
  • Garnish & Serve – Before serving, sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top and garnish with fresh banana slices.
