- 1 (16 oz) package Little Smokies sausages
- 1 lb thin-cut bacon, sliced into thirds
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- Black pepper, to taste (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat & Prep
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Step 2: Wrap & Coat
- Wrap each Little Smokie with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Roll the wrapped sausages in brown sugar, coating generously.
- Arrange them seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Step 3: Bake to Perfection
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, until bacon is crispy and sugar has caramelized.
- For extra crispiness, broil for 2-3 minutes at the end.
