- 2 slices crispy bacon, crumbled (optional)
Instructions
1. Cook the Eggs in the Air Fryer:
- Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
- Place eggs directly in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
2. Cool & Peel:
- Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes to stop cooking.
- Gently peel the shells off.
3. Prepare the Filling:
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
4. Pipe or Spoon the Filling:
- Transfer the yolk mixture to a piping bag and fill the egg whites.
- If no piping bag, use a spoon for a rustic look.
5. Garnish & Serve:
- Sprinkle with smoked paprika and fresh chives.
