- 2 cups fresh fruit (mango, strawberry, kiwi, pineapple, etc.)
- 1/2 cup coconut water or orange juice
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Blend each fruit separately with a little coconut water or orange juice until smooth.
- If desired, add honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness.
- Pour each fruit puree into popsicle molds in layers, freezing each layer for 15 minutes before adding the next for a striped effect.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
